knitting up a storm.

Ok so I have really taken to knitting. I like it- Before when i would knit i would feel a bit tense. Maybe i have chilled out a bit. Here is the first thing i have made. It is special to me- I purchased the yarn through on of my favorite etsiers~ I think i will keep this for myself. there are more in the making- you can count on that.

More Fun with PAPER

two days ago i checked my etsy and i had an order! woa-i might have run around the house screaming "i sold something!" one of the items was a necklace. at that point, i had only had pillow boxes- my favorite box ever- in a size that will fit earrings. so i sat down at the drawing board and made myself a little template. you can see in these photos some of the tools i used, the template, and the finished product. when i was finished cutting the box i simply stamped it with my TY stamp. they are pretty fun to make. i was very satisfied with my paper fix. try sometime!

GRATitude

Check out this wonderful rubber stamp i purchased from a fellow seller on etsy the other day! This is a tool for me to thank my customers. I am planning to make a couple paper book proto-type TY's. This is the beginnings of my paper line. I will have greeting cards and card sets in addition to the jewelry.
Today i will be working hard on developing new products for my sewn and paper lines. Keep checking back for progress. I may be asking for input about certain items.
have great one!
